This is certify that,M/s Mogora Cosmic Pvt Ltd., Pune has demonstrated their Real Arc Welding Simulator in our Advanced Training Institute on 27.07.2016. Welding Engineer demonstrated detailed trials on MMAW/GMAW/GTAW all the 3 operations on this simulator.This is also used for various welding positions. This Simulator is very simple to operate and self-teaching type to the welders and imparts all the intial training skill like Arc gap, Angle of incidence & tracking speed and its welder friendly. The weld skill monitoring system is also very good which gives reports with welder’s photo. It will be great help to train the Welders.

We have purchased following Mogora make Inverter (IGBT) Controlled machines Inverter Arc Rectifier of 400, Inverter MIG Welding machines and Inverter TIG Welding machine. The machines are in use for more than one year and we find the performance of above machines are satisfactory. We are also happy on the spares and service support extended by Mogora Cosmic.
